1) Before you begin you can update your device you will need to download Yihi's SXi Software. To do this you will need to go to http://www.yihisxmini.com/index.html and scroll to the bottom of the page.

5) The firmware update will also be in .rar format so extract this file into the folder you created previously.
6) next launch the SXi Program from the folder you created on your desktop.
7) Click connection with the SXi menu and attach your device via the USB cable included. Enter the menu system by clicking the fire button 4 times. You will need to enter 'Link' mode to allow the device to be connected to the pc. Scroll through until you find 'Link' mode and enable it, at this point the screen on your device may freeze, don't worry this is normal and means the device is linked to the pc.
8) From the SXi Program click 'connect' you should get green text under this button saying 'device connected'.
9) Click 'install driver' click to enter the driver settings and click the drop down and find 'SXMini-M-V1' and click install.
10) Leave the 'Connection' menu within SXi and enter the 'Upgrade Menu'.
11) Click 'open file' and find and open the firmware update you downloaded previously.
